The Animal |
Thursday, August 17, 2006 |
Yesterday, a vet lecturer from UPM mentioned the phrase "animals as pleasure".. and that reminded me of one boy called Richard (mind you, this is a real story! Or at least that's what my cousins told me). Anyways, Richard's nickname as given by my cousins (or was it given by the village people?) was "Ri-sot".. "SOT", meaning "crazy" as most of you may know it..
Why was he labelled as "crazy"? Well, getting back to the lecturer's words, "animals as pleasure", with him, it was really PLEASURE! (Please stop reading from here on hence if you think you have a weak heart and what not!!)
He would not only have intercourse with his own MOTHER, but also with ANIMALS!!! He fornicated with GOATS, and raped CHICKENS till they died!! (Everything my cousins told me when I was about 13).. I mean, being incestful is one thing (one VERY disgusting thing) but (eww) having SEX with animals is... OMG.. UNMENTIONABLE!!
Kinda reminds you of "The Animal" staring Rob Schneider doesn't it?
And yes, it's out in DVD.. the movie, not Risot! Last I heard, he was put into Juve after raping a girl.. Or was he put in a crazy house? I'm not too sure.. *Shrug* |

A post worth reading! |
Tuesday, August 08, 2006 |
Adapted from Lilian's blog
"I was just wondering how everyone else were doing. It so happens that Ling, Jo, Nadia, Sabena and their friends went to support Fred with his choir thingy. Since I'm still lazy to do the links section on the right I'm going to paste some of it here. Here's Fred's legion of fans-i who turned out to support him. Havent seen these guys in awhile, and boy are they looking hotttt! Kinda reminds me of..
The PUSSYCAT DOLLS! Hmmmmm.. wait.. too many people, and PCD consist of only 6, so i need 3 more people in the band. Hmmm lets see... Wa-la! SLIPKNOT! Welllll.. slipknot might not be hottttt but they're the only band I can think of that has loads of people innit. Don't you guys think these guys shud start a band like slipknot too? Hehe! Lastly.. Uncanny resemblance. Meet my buddies, Segamat's first all-family band; The Kaurs"
Obviously it's worth reading! I'm being featured in it! :P |

One weekend of whacked-up fun! |
Sunday, August 06, 2006 |
OMG! This weekend was the BOMB, baby!!! Ok ok.. where do I start?? On Friday night (4th August 2006), I went to the Sunrise Jazz Fest at Mont Kiara with Chia Ling, Nadia, Sabena, Ernest, V Han and Huey Li to support (as Chia Ling put it) Freddie in his "debut" choir appearance.
We (Chia Ling, Sab, Nad and I) started from Bukit Jalil at about 6.45pm (we were suppose to depart at 6.30pm, but considering Malaysian time, 15 minutes of delay is considered pretty good) and made a short detour to OUG to pick Ernest up before driving to Subang to fetch V Han. Please bear with me as I narrate the whole night to you guys. Anyways, we got lost around V Han's housing area and we made like soooo many U-turns before we found his house.. Coz Ernest was leading the way, and he was in my car, well.. I don't think I need to explain much coz I'm sure most of you know that I can't differentiate my left and my right up till now! It was like "straight, no left, RIGHT!".. Hehe! Good thing there were no cars on the road! After we FINALLY found V Han's place, we took off to Svensen's Subang, where we ate dinner and waited for Huey Li to arrive.
Oh yeah, before I continue my story, Freddie's performance was at 11pm, but he asked us be there by 5pm! LOL! You're weird, Fred!
Anyways, we reached Plaza Mont Kiara at about 9.30pm or so (I made a lot of noise coz we didn't reach in time to catch Belly Dancing) and it was soooo PACKED!! We had to wait for quite a long time before we got seats (plastic kinds.. not plush leather ones) but hell, waiting was well worth it!
The performances were really, really good, although there were a few slip shots here and there, but on the whole, the jazz fest was a blast! MC of the night was William Quah (TV presenter) and OMG, he is (if I put "was", Jason will ask me why "was"?) sooo cute!!! Too bad he's not into people of my kind.. *sobs*.. Still, I was soooo happy I got to take a picture with him!! I was really shy but after much persuasion from my friends, I finally got the courage to ask him if he'd take a picture with me! (and OMG, I totally embarrassed myself by saying, "can I take a picture with you, AH?" OMG OMG OMG!! SOOO CINA-FIED!! and he speaks such beautiful English too!! *cries*)
Well, after that, we went crazy, went for pool, went home, and went to sleep.. NEXT STORY!!
Went for my voice-over audition (Cindy called me before that to wish me all the best and she passed the phone to the rest so that they may wish me well too! So very sweet of them!) and I met sooo many talented people! Made friends with two of them, Jeremiah, and another girl who's name escapes me.. Anyways, I think my chances of getting a part is pretty slim but I'm glad for the experience!! Went to Genting with Mag after that and right after checking in, we went straight to the outdoor amusement park to meet up with Cindy, Jen, Cathy and May (and to play of course). Went on a couple of rides, paid RM5 for a bloody cup of orange juice (CORDIAL!!), ate but didn't finish up a plate of expensive, TERRIBLE TASTING hokkien mee (it was gross and starchy! The worst hokkien mee I've ever eaten in my entire life!!) blah blah blah.. carrying on..
We were all dressed to the 9's in the evening.. All ready and roaring to go and see JIM BRICKMAN live in concert at the Arena of Stars! Like wahhh.. Arena of Stars.. must be super high class! (Please mind the Malaysian English) High class my foot! We were so overdressed! Suitable for MPO, but definately NOT for the Arena of Stars! Crap, we paid RM60-RM100 to sit on uncomfortable metal seats and to sit in such a run-down, ugly hall!! This is how we potray Malaysia in the eyes of the world! I felt so embarrassed to be Malaysian at that point of time!
Anyways, we were first entertained by our local artist cum Malaysian Idol judge, Fauziah Latiff, followed by a new artist from the Phillipines called Phoebe. Jim Brickman came on stage 40 minutes later. OMG, he played sooo beautifully!! Together with another guest artist from the US, John something-or-rather and Phoebe, they made wonderful music! Fauziah Latiff? Well, simply put, she SUCKED big time!! She totally ruined Jim Brickman's "My Love" and some other songs and she kept reading the lyrics, that she kinda made Jim slow down his playing to cover her up! What an embarrassment to Malaysia!! This is a Malaysian Idol judge? You've gotta be kidding me! And you know, I believe that many of us found it irritating that she kept thanking Jim Brickman over and over and oh, it's so hard to explain! She was just plain irritating!
Oh, Phoebe was wearing this tube-dress thingy during one part of her duet with Jim Brickman, and because she was wearing one, she kept pulling it up! And because the camera was focused at her while she was doing that, a number of people laughed. Quite the kesian.. But who asked her? John whatever was really good! His voice is like.. Il Divo.. That kinda voice.. What was the word May used? I can't remember.. Really good! Blew me away! Btw, Jim Brickman.. he's soooo funny and sooo entertaining!! So on the whole, the concert was really worthwhile and worth the money!
After the concert, we were walking around First World plaza, trying to find Coffee Bean, and these two dirty old men were following us! Like I said earlier, we were dressed up to the 9's, so they probably mistook us for GRO's! Gawd! After Coffee Bean, we went back to the hotel room to change, then went to one of the many casinos in Genting. We tried the slot machines, and ended up losing RM5 each (four of us played, Cindy, Jen, Cathy and I), and we didn't even understand the game! LOL! It was like, "OMG, what the heck is happening? We got 4 grapes.. why no points wan???" Haha! Lesson of the day, gambling without knowing what you're doing can be hazardous to your wallet! Went back, slept, came back to KL today. End of story! Hehe!
-------------------------------------------------- P/S: For some weird reason, I can't seem to upload any pictures now.. Sorry! I'll try to in my next post! |

Medical Abbrevations |
Thursday, August 03, 2006 |
I came across this one website which is like a search engine for medical abbrevations. Maybe you guys would like to try it out?
Btw, I got shortlisted for this voice-over talent thing for a 20-minute cartoon and my audition's this Saturday. I'm pretty happy and I have Dr.K to thank for that. He's the one who gave me the "voice portfolio" suggestion. Anyways, if I do get a part, let's hope that it wouldn't disturb my studies. I should take Miss Wong's advice and ask them if I can do part-time or after I get my degree should this company offer me a contract after the cartoon production. Well, wish me luck!
Oh yeah, before I end my post, I just wanna thank my family, lecturers and friends who give me total support in this (",). And thanks Magdalene, for saying that you'll accompany me up to Genting when you could've said no and gone up with the others first! Muaks! Oh, and Shyh Haur, who's gonna be my driver this Saturday! Hehe!
And one more thing. I hope and pray that Aunt Irene (mum's friend) will get well soon! |
