He left this world to journey to a better one on the 24th of January 2006 at 11 a.m. at age 83. After being sick for the past few years and as his health declined over the past few months, he is finally at rest and his suffering has finally come to an end. Hundreds of family members, friends and acquaintances flocked in from every part of the state to visit him, to see him for the last time, and to see him off. The church was filled with mourners, mourning the passing of a great man, one who shall be remembered for a long time to come. An eulogy so beautiful, the words shall forever remain in the minds of those who knew this great person. The father of 10, an adopted father to 2, a grandfather to 30, a greatgrandfather to 6. Born and lived as Julian Kinson Sabitang, passed as one heckuva wonderful man and role model; strong, willful, generous, but most of all, kind hearted. One man, loved by all who were lucky enough to have met him, even for a brief moment. He was, and will always be, my grandfather, whom I shall always miss dearly til kingdom come.
