The birds sing so sweetly
A song of love and joy
Calling out the sun
"Come out, don't be shy"
The sun spreads its glow
Touching earth with its hands
Tiny buds open slowly
Savouring every moment
Babies let open
Their shiny, starry eyes
Smiling in joy and content
At the first streak of ray
Big fluffy white clouds
Float with agility and grace
As they stroll along the blues
The skies of endless might
Butterflies proudly flaunt
Their wings of beauty bright
Fluttering amongst the flowers
Of colours painted bold
The birds sing sweetly
Heard loud and clear
A song of life and love
The birth of a new dawn
